What is the dress code?
The attire is Black Tie. We kindly ask that guests come dressed to impress — tuxedos or formal black suits with black bow-ties for gentlemen, and floor-length gowns for ladies.
Are children invited?
While we adore your little ones, we kindly request that only the children specifically listed on the invitation or those in the wedding party attend. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes. Transportation will be available at the beginning of the evening on Saturday to escort guests from the designated hotels to Wightman Chapel for the ceremony, and then from the ceremony to The Bell Tower for the reception. Details and departure times will be available closer to the wedding date.
Where should guests stay?
A selection of hotel rooms have been reserved at convenient locations near the reception venue in Nashville. Information for hotel rooms are located on the 'travel' section.
What time to arrive?
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at the 6:00pm. The doors of the chapel will be closed and guests will no longer be allowed to enter.
RSVP Deadlines?
To ensure accurate planning, invitations without a response by the RSVP date will be recorded as regrets.
What happens if I cannot attend after I have already sent my RSVP?
Although we will sadly miss you, we do ask that you kindly edit your RSVP if life events will be preventing you from celebrating with us.
